Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) patti3 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
Upon successful registration, patti3 will create a player account in your name. patti3 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time. Where verification cannot be completed to patti3's satisfaction, account access may be restricted and pending withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is concluded.
Player accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any credits, balances, or entitlements associated with your account to any other person.
Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. patti3 processes deposits subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your patti3 account within minutes; however, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete patti3's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, which requires submission of a valid government-issued CNIC or equivalent identity document.
Withdrawal Processing Times: patti3 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. patti3 will notify you if a withdrawal is subject to delay.
Currency: The primary account currency on patti3 is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a game or market is denominated in a different currency, conversions are applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. patti3 does not charge currency conversion fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Refused Transactions: patti3 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or withdrawal request that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct under these Terms or applicable law.
patti3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that specific offer.
The following general bonus rules apply across all patti3 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
Bonus balances and real-money balances are managed separately within your patti3 account. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.
All bets placed and games played on patti3 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant game or betting market interface. By placing a bet or commencing a game, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules.
Sportsbook: Bets placed on the patti3 sportsbook are processed at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement unless a material error in pricing is identified. patti3 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a manifest error, whether or not the bet has been confirmed. All cricket, PSL, and other sports markets are governed by patti3's sportsbook rules, which include specific provisions for event cancellations, abandoned matches, and rule changes within a competition.
Casino Games: All casino games on patti3, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fish shooting titles, operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, professionally operated tables subject to the rules of the relevant game provider. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information section.
Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any other fault during a game or bet, patti3 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the wager to the player's account. patti3 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

All content on the patti3 platform — including but not limited to the patti3 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of patti3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the patti3 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any patti3 content without prior written authorisation from patti3.
Any unauthorised use of patti3's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, patti3, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the patti3 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
patti3's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
patti3 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You acknowledge that your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit patti3's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
patti3 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal information provided by you in connection with your patti3 account is governed by patti3's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering on patti3, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support.
patti3 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers and regulatory bodies as necessary for the operation of the platform and in compliance with applicable data protection obligations.

All responsible gaming limits take effect immediately upon being set. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.
patti3 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any account where it identifies signs of problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to significant increases in deposit frequency, extended uninterrupted play sessions, or direct communication from the player indicating distress.

patti3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, patti3 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of KYC.
You may close your patti3 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or obligation arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which patti3 holds its operating licence.
In the event of any dispute between you and patti3, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting patti3's customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body designated by patti3, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
patti3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, patti3 will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by publishing a prominent notice on the patti3 platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, formatting updates, and clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party — may be made without individual notification.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure that you remain informed of the current version. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force. Your continued use of the patti3 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
